The solution for those very dusty and long-lasting applications is Ren Luft's G04 pre-separator!
The Ren Luft pre-separator G04 is equipped with a cyclone section that effectively separates dust and an intermediate chamber. The intermediate chamber empties the dust through the dust discharge hatch into the Longopac, which is located under the pre-separator.
The pre-separator is also equipped with an intermediate drain valve, which allows the pre-separator to be emptied without having to turn off the vacuum cleaner during the emptying process.
Example: The pre-separator is placed next to the work site in a vacuumed space where dusty work steps are performed and the vacuum cleaner, e.g. G12S/G22S, is placed outside the vacuumed space. In this case, the pre-separator can be emptied without having to go outside the compartmented space to turn off the vacuum cleaner.
The pre-separator is supplied with a 2.0 meter connection hose and 50mm diameter connectors.
