KHR Company Ltd. delivers to mainland UK, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
We do not operate or deliver internationally or to other European countries including the Republic of Ireland.
While we try our best to ensure every parcel arrives on time, KHR Company Ltd can accept no liability for loss of earnings due to the non-arrival or late arrival of any of our products.
- Deliveries are available 5 Days a week Monday to Friday from 8am-6pm.
- Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched Same Day.
- Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched Next Working Day.
- Orders up to £250.00 +vat are charged at a standard rate of £9.95
- Orders that exceed £250.00 +vat are delivered Free of Charge unless they require a palletised delivery where prices may vary
- Orders to IOW, NI, IM and the Channel Islands are charged at a standard rate of £25.00

While every effort is made to ensure that only items that are currently in-stock are displayed on our website (or labelled otherwise), occasionally items may not be immediately available due to high demand. In these instances we will contact you directly to inform you when stock will become available, or to amend your order as required before shipping.

We are proud to be the sole agents for over 35 years of Lagler floor sanding machines and accessories and hope we can supply and deliver everything you require for your floor sanding needs.
Hazardous solvent-based items cannot be sent outside of mainland UK. Please contact us for information on alternative couriers and/or suppliers.
At KHR Company Ltd we will always endeavour to get our parcels to you on time in a safe condition.
However, even though we work with a trusted and well established reputable third party courier, damages and delays may occur that are beyond our or the couriers control.
As soon as you are aware of a damaged consignment please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to rectify the problem with the least amount of inconvenience and expense possible.
If a parcel arrives looking damaged or you suspect it to be damaged, please sign for it as damaged; you will then be able to inspected the parcel and notify us accordingly.
If you have an item for return, please contact us 02380 215315 and a member of staff will advise on the best course of action depending on the size and urgency of the item.
Certain Items may not be eligible for return or may incur a restocking fee; Items eligible for return must be in original packaging (where applicable) and in a clean, re-saleable condition.
All claims for non delivery, missing or damaged items should be made within 5 working days.
